Insurance Policies

There are three types of insurance coverage:

  • Major Medical (Health Insurance)
  • Workman’s Compensation Claims
  • PIP Auto Accident Insurance (Ask about the current status)

 

These are insurance claims that are a result of an injury sustained at work. They require a prescription, intake information and verification of benefits before treatment can begin. Payment is made by the insurance company.

Payment is made by you, the patient, at the time of service. We issue you a receipt which you may file with your insurance company. The reimbursement amount is usually less than what was paid.
